Kimberly Montroy is Grants Manager for Strategic Philanthropy responsible for managing, analyzing, and leveraging data and information systems to support client grantmaking.
Before joining the firm, Kimberly served in a variety of fundraising roles at some of Chicago’s most cherished cultural and conservation organizations. She was Director of Development at TimeLine Theatre Company and filled many roles during her long tenure at Lincoln Park Zoo, including Director of Development Services and Director of Institutional Giving.
Earlier in her career Kimberly helped support fundraising for the Museum of Science and Industry’s Science Rediscovered campaign and for the Openlands Project. She has been a presenter at conferences for the Association of Advancement Services Professionals (AASP), the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE), and the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement (APRA). Kimberly holds a B.A. in Theatre from Michigan State University and serves on the board of The Paper Machete.
