Mollie is the Managing Director of Philanthropic Services for the firm. She has been with Strategic Philanthropy, Ltd. since 2004. In her role as Managing Director she is responsible for overseeing the work of the professional staff, ensuring best practices across the continuum of client services, and contributing to the strategic direction of the company.
Having worked with 50+ donors with a diverse set of needs and interests means Mollie is well positioned to ensure that our clients are getting the expertise and support they need to achieve their philanthropic goals. In addition to leading our client services team, Mollie continues to advise a select group of donors. She is a certified trainer with 21/64, specializing in next generation and multigenerational strategic philanthropy, and with a background in conflict resolution, Mollie is a particularly valuable resource to philanthropic families who are seeking to gain consensus around their family philanthropy.
Mollie has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an M.A. in Applied Ethics (Concentration in Health Care) from Loyola University of Chicago. She received her Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Woodbury College. Mollie serves on the advisory board of the Center for Non-profits at the University of Wisconsin- Madison and has written a number of thoughtful articles for publications such as: National Center for Family Philanthropy, the NAEPSC Journal of Estate & Tax Planning, Financial Advisor, and Private Wealth magazine.
