Philanthropic Associate
Maddie is a Philanthropic Associate and works closely with the advisory and management staff supporting client engagements. After finishing her undergraduate degree, she earned a Masters in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership in conjunction with the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy. This academic experience combined with professional work in higher education fundraising and corporate foundation consulting cemented a commitment to the field of philanthropy. This dedication drives her current work to help philanthropic individuals, families and institutions effectively realize their missions with innovation, empathy, and thoughtfulness.
Personally, my philanthropic interests include economic support of women and young girls and immigration issues. I prioritize equity and compassion as I work with donors and nonprofit organizations alike and am equal parts diligent and relational in my skillset. Aside from working with clients to facilitate wholehearted and thoughtful giving, I am a Michigan native and moved to Chicago to join Strategic Philanthropy, Ltd. I am an all-seasons distance runner and love to bake, read, travel, and laugh with friends and family.
